Open to mid-career professionals from eligible Commonwealth countries — including Nigeria, Kenya, Ghana, Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, Sierra Leone, Cameroon, Zambia, Zimbabwe, and other African Commonwealth nations. Applicants must have at least 5 years of professional experience and a demonstrated commitment to development.
