The PEC-PG (Programa de Estudantes-Convênio de Pós-Graduação) is a Brazilian government programme offering scholarships for postgraduate study (master's and doctoral) at Brazilian public universities. It is offered to citizens of developing countries with bilateral agreements with Brazil, with a particular emphasis on Africa and Latin America.
Open to citizens of countries with bilateral cooperation agreements with Brazil — including Angola, Mozambique, Cape Verde, São Tomé and Príncipe, Guinea-Bissau, Nigeria, Ghana, Ethiopia, Kenya, and other African nations.
