The Eiffel Excellence Scholarship Programme was established by the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs to enable French higher education institutions to attract top foreign students to their master's and doctorate programmes.
Open to international students aged under 30 (for Master's) or under 35 (for PhD). Applications are made by French universities on behalf of their selected international candidates. African students are actively recruited. Priority is given to engineering, natural sciences, economics, law, and political science.
